Over the last ten years we have taken our expertise of pneumatic conveying into waste disposal. Helping to assist fruit and vegetable process plants in the removal of large quantities of waste, efficiently and hygienically.
In the past waste removal systems had been little more than a belt conveyor or a water sluice which lead to spillage, rotting vegetation and the inevitable smell and insect problems.
With our systems the removal is completely enclosed and waste can be dispensed directly into a trailer. Taking this principal we have developed a system to help a Pizza manufacturer to remove waste and unusable dough from the production area to waste skips outside the factory.
